A couple of months ago, we decided to change the brand to better reflect who we are (we used to be GETTY/IO Chile for several years, the logo of the hooded Ninja).
Our first team task was to define the name. Yes, we chose it in a group survey, among three alternatives, all suggested by the team.
After we all voted, the results were:

That's why we are now Kranio.
Now that we have a new identity, the team's next mission was to define our Vision, Mission and values.

After a preparation followed by a 2-hour hangout session (we are well distributed geographically, several remote) we define the fundamental values and guiding principles that we all live by on a daily basis. These are:
